GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
1. The students shall pay the prescribed fees and other charges at the time of admission.
2. Once the admission is complete and if a student desires to cancel it, he/she will be allowed to do so:
a. By paying term fees if it is to be cancelled in first term.
b. By paying full fees if it is to be cancelled in second term.
IDENTITY CARD
1. Student should submit latest three passport size photograph for Identity Card, General register & scholarship register (Write name & Mobile No. of parent and own to the backside of photograph)
2. Every student should collect Identity Card from the college office, showing their admission receipt.
3. In case, if Identity Card is lost, one may apply to the Principal for the duplicate.
RULES OF LIBRARY
1. Every student must have an Identity Card while entering the library, and take maximum benefit of Library in off periods instead of moving, wasting time unnecessarily.
2. The student should always maintain discipline in the college campus.
3. Every student will be given a book from library for a week and it should be returned on or before the due date.
4. Writing or cutting the pages of the library book is strictly prohibited. In such cases he / she will be fined.
5. Every student must obtain No dues certificate from library, hostel and all departments if any breakage should pay dues at the end of academic year whenever required.
DEPARTMENTAL LABORATORIES
1. Every student must bring the practical journal and required material for weekly practical.
2. The students must write the journal as per the instructions given by the practical in-charge teacher and submit for correction on each practical turn. Get certified before exams.
3. Every student must handle apparatus carefully. He / she will be fined for any damage/ breakage & loss.
4. Special marks are alloted for certified practical journal.
SCHOLARSHIPS, FEES AND OTHER CONCESSIONS
A. Scholarships
1. The following scholarships are given to the qualified students, after fulfilling conditions laid down.
2. G.O. I. Scholarship will be deposited directly to their Nationalised bank account.
3. National Merit Scholarship will be deposited directly to their bank account.
4. National Loan Scholarship will be deposited directly to their bank account.
5. Scholarship to the wards of School Teachers will be deposited directly to their bank account.
6. Scholarship to physically Handicapped Students will be deposited directly to their bank account.
B. Fees and Other Concessions.
1. The students from lower income group can apply for E.B.C. concessions.
2. Free-ship for girls up to std. XII.
3. Free-ship for the wards of School Teacher.
4. Free-ship for the wards of Freedom Fighters.
5. Bus concession forms, Railway concessions will be signed by the authorised members of the teaching staff for Diwali & Summer vacation
RULES OF DISCIPLINE
1. Keep your mobile on silent mode in college premises.
2. The use of mobile disturbs the classes. Strictly prohibited, if observed, deposited in office.
3. The use of mobile with earphone in the college campus, in corridor is strictly prohibited, parents are requested to inform their wards regarding proper use of mobile.
4. Fine Rs. 50/- for using mobile in class corridor / If it happens it will be deposited in college.
5. Student should behave properly, politely being cultured person/family.
6. Students have to wear college uniform comprising of white Shirt & Carbon Blue Pant /Carbon Blue jeans pant compulsory & not allowed to attend classes & practicals without uniform.
7. Students must hang the Identity Card around the neck and it must be produced when every demanded by competent authorities/teacher concerned.
8. Students should not sit on the steps at the entrance of the college building during class practical time.
9. Students should not move in front of classrooms while the lectures are going on.
10. Students should not write any thing on the black board or walls. It is strictly prohibited.
11. Students must attend classes, practicals and tutorials as per the Time-table on all the working days. Absentee report will be intimated to their parents.
12. The unit tests, terminal and preliminary examinations are mandatory. If student remain absent same will be informed to their parents.
13. The students with less than 75% attendance throughout the year will not be allowed to appear for the final examination/hostel admission will be cancelled for next academic year.
14. The students should not attend classes other than their own.
15. Smoking, chewing and use of other products of tobacco is strictly prohibited
in the college premises. If it is observed serious action will be taken.
16. No society or group is to be formed, no meeting is to be held and no outsider to be invited to address or meet the students within the college premises.
17. In the subject matter related to college debate, magazine and wallpapers
prior permission of the Principal is mandatory.
18. Students should not approach press or media with intention of giving any information about college without prior permission of the Principal.
19. The students damaging and disfiguring the college property will be punished.
20. Every student must attend the flag hoisting ceremony of Republic Day January 26, Independence Day August 15, September 17, Extension or name of the University foundation and May 1, 14th April Dr.Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti, Dhammachakra Pravratan, Buddha Jayanti, and Peoples Education Society’s Foundation day 8th July.
21. Principal reserves the right to decide the matter, which is not covered in the discipline rules. Student is expected to keep the college campus clean & not to spoil/damage college property.
22. Student violating above rules will be penalized.
